At a staggering $118.5 million dollars, this penthouse is actually three units, but the hotel refuses to sell them separately (huh?). According to Business Insider, It takes up the two top floors of the Ritz and has 15,434 sq. ft. of indoor space and a 2,193 sq. ft. terrace.

The penthouse features four separate terraces and amazing water views, which makes sense given the apartments 400 feet of windows. The entire place just screams tranquility, aside from, you know, the price tag.

Located on the 89th floor, the 14,260 sq. ft. space has four elevators, 16 ft. ceilings, a butler’s pantry, and 360 degree views.

I have a friend that has a condo in the W Hotel Hollywood, so I can personally speak to level of extravagance of these abodes. Hell, Gucci Mane lives here, but even he isn’t on the top floor. Designed by famed Richard Robertson III, the 25,000 sq. ft. penthouse is just like any other item in Los Angeles: insanely pricey. The condo is a cool $45,000,000, and it comes with some serious perks to match.

Among the obvious luxuries, this complex offers temperature-controlled wine cellars, car cleaning and valet, a golf simulator, and a spa. It’s likely this man wants to remain nameless for a reason, but have no worry, the apartment comes equipped with panic rooms, bulletproof glass, and guards trained in the British Special Forces.

5. The Azure Condo Penthouse in Dallas, Texas:
