17 CBS Actors Who Are Charity Rock Stars

4. Sympathetic Walden Schmidt on Two and a Half Men

This star of Two and a Half Men is constantly doing work to benefit a variety of charities. Most recently, Ashton Kutcher auctioned off the ability to take over his Twitter account (and access to his 16,000,000 followers) to the highest bidder, with all of the proceeds going towards BUILD, an organization dedicated to proving the power of experiential learning through entrepreneurship and the potential of youth in under-resourced communities.

In 2009, Kutcher also co-founded Thorn: Digital Defenders of Children. The charity drives technology innovation to fight the sexual exploitation of children. Thorn partners across the tech industry, government, and NGOs, and leverages technology to combat predatory behavior, rescue victims, and protect vulnerable children.
